- Focus Region: US (70%), LatAm/India/SE Asia/Africa (30%) (must be US incorporated)
- Focus Sectors: B2B Software (SaaS, Fintech, HealthTech, AI/ML, Legacy Industries)
- Sectors Out of Scope: Hardware, Robotics, Life Sciences, Crypto, Blockchain, Gaming, CleanTech, AgTech (hardware), Cannabis, CPG.
- Focus Stages: Pre-Seed (MVP in market > 3 months, initial customer traction)
- Initial Check Size Range: $150-500K (up to $2M total per startup incl. follow-on) into a $500-$2M round.
